Where in the world is Karen?

Yes, I know that I took the Matt Lauer and Waldo saying for my 'title.' I am sure they won't mind though.

If you have read my dad's blog right before Christmas, you know where I am! This was on my last business trip. I am sure the second picture totally gives it away! Of course, it might not!!!!
Have a great day!!!!

Looks like London to me. I love that city. I do believe that breathing is the key to stress reduction. Sometimes I tell stressed people, "remember to breathe!" It sounds silly, but you are not the only one who forgets. The style of meditation I teach is based on "following the breath." I also do a one-minute meditation before any stressful situation (like teaching a class), It is just taking threee deep mindful breaths.

Karen, can you "lease" out Billy for a day or two each week? We had tuna last night, but it was out of a can and put between 2 pieces of bread with some (fat-free) mayo, not gourmeted as you you guys had. We would love to have some of his cooking!

Good luck with the new job (if you can stil call it :new" at this point in time).

Karen, just catching up on your other day's blogs. As for the "parents went to Alaska and this is all I got (the T-shirt)" I will trade you heads-up what I got, ??????????

I did not know you were a Hilary Duff fan. If you go to my blogsite, you can see EXACTLY what make-up she wears (especially on stage).

Hi, Karen!

I loved London, or at least what I saw of it on my 2 week European tour. I never had a chance to stand beside those guards in front of Buckingham palace.

The trip to Canada was awesome (but not for my diet, oh well :)) Hope you have a blast when you go there and I hope you don't get caught up in a snow storm (I heard one was heading towards Northeastern Ontario).
